Sales & Sales Technology Department<\/h3>\n

Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by helping to give shape to our customers\u2019 ideas in Japan and overseas. We provide ideas for total solutions, covering anything from gigantic molds weighing in excess of 200t and the development of cutting-edge products to molding technologies.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Manufacturing Technology Department<\/h3>\n

We work tirelessly to provide high quality-high productivity molds that are easier to maintain. To accomplish this, we carry out analysis of the design and structure of molds from product data to gain an overall image of the best mold structure and mold condition through a range of sensors.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Manufacturing Department No. 1 (Machining and Processing)<\/h3>\n

We possess an automated line linking electric discharge machines from high precision 5-axis processing machines. Boasting the largest electric discharge machines in Japan, we provide a lineup of large machine centers, with a diverse variety of machining tools which meet the needs of customers and enables us to manufacture complex and unique mold shapes.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Manufacturing Department No. 2 (Assembling, Finishing and Polishing)<\/h3>\n

Our team of technicians assemble a diverse range of complex molds and polishes mirror surfaces, achieving a high level of perfection.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Testing Department (Quality Control)<\/h3>\n

We possess a 4,000t injection molding machine and 4,000t press machine, which are some of the largest of their kind in the world, as well as a range of other injection molding machines. We use these machines to create prototypes to check the degree of accuracy of products, thus supporting mass production. We are actively and continuously introducing new equipment into our facilities which we need to create even better products.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
