Following this, they are temporarily assigned to a position in one of the company\u2019s departments, where they gain experience through on the job training. We have put in place an environment which provides comprehensive support for learning, including review of basic content.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col_right\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.kyowa-ind.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/kyowa\/img\/pic_recruit_env_2.jpg\" alt=\"Qualification acquisition support\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"slidein_txt\">\n<h3>Qualification acquisition support<\/h3>\n<p>Each department requires individuals with different qualifications, from those licensed to operate cranes, perform slinging work or drive forklifts, to qualified health supervisors, for which the company supports employees by covering all costs incurred in acquiring the relevant qualifications.
