In today’s world, in which attention is turned to innovative automobile technologies such as eco-cars, we have become a trusted partner to manufacturers across the globe due to our expertise in technologies enabling the development of lightweight and high strength parts. From roofs and bumpers to bonnets and interior and exterior accessories, we manufacture molds for a range of automotive parts, and maintain business relations with all of Japan’s auto manufacturers.

The 2014 model of the outer/inner all-resin back door received the highest award in the Exterior Section of the American Plastics Council.

We manufactured the molds for the resin exterior parts for Honda’s NSX (bonnet, trunk, pillar, F/R fenders, etc.) which achieved drastic weight reductions.

Thermoset bonnets that are made using carbon fibers achieve both a high level of strength and light weight.

Technologies utilized in high-speed vehicles and aircraft

We manufacture molds for items such as the parts for the Shinkansen (bullet train) and linear motor cars, as well as jet engine for aircraft. As with automobiles, there is an increasing need for carbon fibers to reduce the weight and increase the strength of parts. We contribute to ensure the safety of motilities by behind-the-scenes support.

Our technology is also used in household water systems for which there is an increasing need for more compact and lighter fixtures such as kitchens, baths, and toilets. We excel at creating molds for high-precision products with complex shapes, helping us make a variety of products connected with daily life activities.

In the case of unit baths, we can also manufacture SMC molds at sizes [in excess] of 3.3 m2.

We can create resin washbowls with complex shapes or functions, such as screws, drainpipes, or turned edges.

In the case of equipment for system kitchens, we also use thermoplastic resin and thermosetting resin to create molds for counters.
