ENVIRONMENT Working environment in KYOWA

Education and training system

When joining us, new recruits attend training sessions to learn about our company and other general knowledge they need to know, beginning with first-hand experience on the factory floor in the Manufacturing Department. Following this, they are temporarily assigned to a position in one of the company’s departments, where they gain experience through on the job training. We have put in place an environment which provides comprehensive support for learning, including review of basic content.

Qualification acquisition support

Each department requires individuals with different qualifications, from those licensed to operate cranes, perform slinging work or drive forklifts, to qualified health supervisors, for which the company supports employees by covering all costs incurred in acquiring the relevant qualifications. Our comprehensive system of support enables each and every employee to improve their skills and put these to use, helping them grow as individuals.

Corporate culture

Our company has a variety of clubs. Among them, our talented Baseball Club is aiming to achieve victory in the prefectural tournament to which it belongs, and has appeared in nationwide tournaments in the past. Employees are also provided with numerous opportunities to deepen friendships with their co-workers through annual company excursions to places including Tokyo or hot spring resorts.
